Refund Policy

Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your tea purchase and we will accomodate you to the best of our abilities.

Returns are allowed up to 3 calendar days after receipt.  If you would like to return the products for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions mentioned below are met.  Since the Tea leaves and Tea bags are perishable/food items, returns has to adhere to specific criteria within the allowed time.

As soon as you return your item to us it is received into our system, we will expeditiously do inspection and provide you detailed feedback via email.

If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Refund Requirements

The following Criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon receipt.  Photos must be taken as proof and sent to: info@blueteasa.co.za or 076 126 4789
  • Incorrect product was delivered and not as described or ordered.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging and condition.

If Return request is approved, please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to reflect in your bank account. 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.

Non Receipt Orders

Refunds are offered if an order fails to reach you, or you receive a damaged product.  In case of non-receipt of order, please get in touch with our Team soonest via email with the subject line:  Non Receipt and your order details in email. Email can be sent to info@blueteasa.co.za.

Cancellation of Order

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@blueteasa.co.za with the subject line : Cancel Order and relevant information in email, no later than 4 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.

Once we have shipped your order, we will not be able to accept your request to cancel.
